Xiaomi also had something new to show in the mobility category at Mobile World Congress 2023: the Chinese electronics giant presented its most high-end electric scooter model in Barcelona. Called Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Ultra, this product will be available for sale from €999, which is €200 more than the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro.
The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Ultra features a dual suspension system for a smoother ride, plus larger, puncture-proof, self-sealing Xiaomi DuraGel 10-inch tires. The electric scooter can reach a speed of up to 25 km / h, which obviously varies according to legislation. The figure is probably much higher on a circuit, even if Xiaomi does not really communicate on the subject. In any case, it develops 940 W (700 W for the Pro model) of maximum power, allowing it to climb slopes of up to 25%.
An estimated range of 70 km
Autonomy is an asset of this premium scooter. Xiaomi thus evokes 70 km, a figure obtained by the manufacturer at full load (75 + 5 kg) on a flat road, while driving at a uniform speed of 15 km / h. Again, the figure is exciting when you know that the Pro model only offers a range of 45 km.
On the design side, the scooter is made of aluminum, and displays 25 kg on the scale. It supports a maximum load capacity of 120 kg. The model, equipped with an 880 cm² deck and an enlarged 490 mm handle, is overall designed to provide a larger standing surface and a more stable grip for a comfortable driving experience. The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Ultra is also IP55 certified, indicating that it is splash, water and dust resistant.
