We can even reach the Kremlin! A Ukrainian spy spoke …

The list of potential targets includes sites where the Iskander, S-400 and Russian military airfields are located

The deputy head of intelligence in Ukraine, Vadim Skibitsky, specified that these targets could be military airfields like Engels, as well as sites such as the base of the Russian Iskander and S-400 missile systems.

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine confirmed that Moscow could be a potential target of weapons to strike the armed forces of Ukraine. That is why air defense systems began to be installed on the roofs of government buildings in the Russian capital. This was said on January 25 by the deputy head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Vadim Skibitsky, writes Focus.

During the interview, the representative of military intelligence noted that there are real targets for the Ukrainian defenders, whether in the temporarily occupied territories or on the territory of the Russian Federation itself. And the task of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is to destroy these targets, taking into account the criticality of this or that object.

According to the deputy head of intelligence, the list of these targets includes sites where the Iskander, S-400 and Russian military airfields are located. As an example, Skibitsky pointed to Engels Airport, from where the enemy launches missile strikes on Ukraine.

The discussion then turned to the air defense systems that are located around the Kremlin. According to the deputy head of the GUR, this happened after an attack on strategic military airfields.

“It was after Engels. This suggests that if we get to Engels, we will get to the Kremlin,” Skibitsky said.

On January 20, journalists from Bloomberg drew attention to the fact that the Russian authorities began to withdraw air defense systems in Moscow and its suburbs. These measures were taken after military bases in Saratov and Ryazan were hit by Ukrainian drones.

Commenting on the event, specialists from the Institute for the Study of War noted that the deployment of air defense systems on the roofs of Moscow is connected with an attempt by the authorities to create informational conditions for a protracted war in Ukraine. Thus, the Kremlin is stepping up its efforts to shape public opinion that Russia is waging an existential war.
