Razer formalizes its Basilisk V3 Pro gaming mouse

The Basilisk V3 Pro incorporates Razer Chroma RGB and features 13-zone Chroma lighting to illuminate its gliding surface. The mouse additionally includes 11 customizable buttons.

The Basilisk V3 Pro presumably achieves 99.8% accuracy with its Focus Pro 30K optical sensor. The brand explains that it “is equipped with a suite of features based on artificial intelligence, such as Smart Tracking, Motion Sync and Asymmetric Cut-off, for optimal high-level performance”. The Basilisk V3 Pro features the new Razer Gen-3 Optical Mouse Switches that are supposed to eliminate double click issues and bounce delay, while offering better feel and longer life. These switches are designed for a life cycle of up to 90 million clicks, which is 25% more durable than the previous generation.

Connect and charge

On the connection side, the mouse is equipped with Razer HyperSpeed ​​Wireless technology for a 2.4 GHz connection, promising a 25% gain compared to other wireless technologies. Gamers can also connect the mouse to multiple devices simultaneously and optimize their setup by freeing up a USB port when connecting both a compatible Razer Wireless Keyboard and Basilisk V3 Pro to a single dongle.

The Basilisk V3 Pro is also compatible with the new HyperPolling Wireless 4K Hz Dongle, which gives gamers full control with a true wireless report rate of 4000 Hz.

Razer is also unveiling the new Razer Mouse Dock Pro with a 4K Hz transceiver built into its magnetic base, enabling wireless charging.
