What if the future of pizza was to prepare it at home, easily, without compromising on the taste and quality of the products? With its new Volt 12 (electric) and Karu 12G (portable) ovens, Ooni provides an unprecedented solution for concocting delicious pizzas at home.

Ooni Volt 12: an indoor and outdoor pizza oven

The Ooni Volt 12 oven is especially aimed at people who do not have a garden or who are looking for a compact and easy to use device. With its dimensions of 61.7 x 52.9 x 27.9 cm, you can install it in the kitchen as well as on a side table. Electric cooking limits smoke emissionsso you won’t be inconvenienced and you can use it indoors and outdoors, even in condominiums.
Ooni has designed an appliance perfectly suited to cooking pizzas. Its steel body with reinforced insulation retains heat allowing it to reach and maintain 450 degrees in just 20 minutes. From the glass door, you can control the cooking which only takes 90 seconds for Neapolitan pizzas of 30 cm in diameter. It will therefore be necessary to remain attentive and not to stray too far.
In any case, its use couldn’t be easier : you plug the oven into an electrical outlet, you set the temperature and simply choose the heat balance according to the type of pizza. The Karu 12G pizza oven presents itself as an extremely versatile device for outdoor use.
Its multi-fuel system ensures uniform cooking, the thermal insulation has been optimized and the air flow reworked in order to obtain a larger flame. The result is all the more convincing as the oven remains relatively compact with dimensions of 73.5 x 42.5 x 76.5 cm. Wide handles allow the passage to easily transport it when necessary.
As the oven door is designed to maintain maximum heat, Ooni has integrated a borosilicate window to observe the pizza during cooking. An analog thermometer is also present in the structure, giving you the possibility of knowing when the oven is ready for cooking. As for the fuel tank, its large capacity limits replenishment, which is very practical when you plan to use it for a long time.
