Official: Levski signed Christian Dimitrov – Levski
Levski signed a contract with defender Christian Dimitrov. The contract is for a period of 1.5 years, the club announced.
Dimitrov was born on February 27, 1997 in Plovdiv. He signed his first professional contract with Botev Plovdiv at the beginning of 2016. Played 64 matches and scored 5 goals for the team. From January to July 2018, he was transferred to Montana, with whose team he played 13 games with 1 goal. At the beginning of 2021, he moved to the Croatian Hajduk Split, where he played 40 matches and scored 3 goals. At the beginning of 2022, he was transferred to the Romanian CFR Cluj, with whose team he played 1 match and scored 1 goal. Champion of Romania and winner of the Croatian Cup.
Christian Dimitrov made his debut for the Bulgarian national team on June 7, 2019 in the European qualifier with the Czech Republic in Prague. Recorded 14 matches and 1 goal with the “A” team of our country. There are 3 matches for the youth and 6 matches for the junior national team under 19.
