Kylian Mbappe: England will win against France – Football world – World Cup

Kylian Mbappe is adamant England will beat France in the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup and then win the world title. However, the prediction is not for the Roosters superstar, but for his cousin, who bears the same name, writes The Sun. 16-year-old Kylian Mbappe was born in France but grew up in Leicester and is also a footballer, playing as a left back. His father – Steve Mbappe is a cousin of the star’s father – Wilfred Mbappe.

“I can stop Mbappe. I’m quick like him and it seems to be a family trait. I’m not bad as a defender.

My dad and my whole family will shout about France, but I’m a crazy Three Lions fan. I am now more English than French. I speak the language better and have lived here longer. I’d choose a sausage roll over a ham and cheese sandwich (traditional foods for the respective country b.a.),” says young Kilian.

His cousin earns £650,000 a week and owns a £3 million flat in Paris, while he earns £6.50 an hour washing dishes in a Leicester pub. He travels by bus, unlike the 23-year-old Kilian, who alternates between sports cars.

“Teams raise their eyebrows when they see my name on the team sheet. They think it’s some kind of joke. I realized it all when I was watching on TV a young player called Kylian Mbappe in Monaco. I asked my father and he said it was the son of his cousin. I hope to meet him someday,” the student shared.

“When my son was born, I didn’t think much about the name. I chose Kylian because of the meaning – ‘little soldier’. When I went to see my cousin Wilfred to watch his son, we realized the coincidence. I wouldn’t change them because my boy is Kylian Mbappe #1,” shared 46-year-old Steve Mbappe.
