Jeremy Renner posted a picture from his hospital bed: I’m too confused to write but I love you

The serious injuries two-time Oscar-nominated actor Jeremy Renner suffered while clearing snow on a private mountain road near Lake Tahoe were the result of a “tragic accident,” officials with the Reno, Nevada, sheriff’s office said.

He was run over by a snowplow he was using to extricate a vehicle driven by a family member from a snowdrift on New Year’s Day, Washoe County Sheriff Darrin Balaam said. The investigation is ongoing, but there are no signs of foul play.

The American actor, known for his role as Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is recovering after the incident and posted the first selfie on his Instagram profile from a hospital bed in Nevada, Reuters reported.

He thanked his fans for their well wishes. “Thanks everyone for the kind words“, he shared with his fans.”I’m too confused to write right now, but sending love to everyone“.
