Darwin Nunes was the big culprit for Liverpool against Crystal Palace at Anfield on Monday night. The Uruguayan not only made several misses, but was sent off early in the second half after headbutting Joachim Andersen in the face.
In the end, the match ended 1:1.
The 23-year-old became the first player to be sent off for aggressive behavior towards an opponent during Jurgen Klopp’s time at the Reds.
The question is how many matches will he be suspended for and which opponents will the star not play against?
Any straight red card for aggression in the Premier League results in a three-match ban.

Nunes will now have to pay a heavy price for his actions, and Klopp said he would have a conversation with him: “We will talk, of course. I wanted to see the situation first. I didn’t see what happened. I saw Andersen on the ground and Darwin away. That’s what I saw. So I asked the boys what happened. Yes, it was a red card, a wrong reaction. Andersen provoked and got his goal. Darwin made a mistake.”
If Nunes is banned for three games (it could be more), he will miss the derby against arch-rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford next Monday, as well as the home games against Bournemouth and Newcastle.
