As we have seen, the prices of laptops equipped with Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 have soared this year with entry-level models starting at €1,300. Large machines raise the bill to more than €5,000, such as the Razer Blade 16 that we tested, which is displayed at €5,400!
Difficult to find good value for money in these conditions, especially since these models have just arrived on the market and not all manufacturers have yet released their PCs. While poking around a bit, we came across a machine that seems interesting in more ways than one.
Top-flight performance without breaking the bank too much
The Gigabyte Aorus 17H 2023 is equipped with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 graphics card, an Intel Core i7-13700H processor, a 1 TB SSD and 16 GB of RAM. On the screen side, count on a 17.3-inch Full HD panel refreshed at a very fast 360 Hz, which makes this PC suitable for competitive multiplayer games. With this GPU and DLSS3 technology, it should be possible to exceed 200 fps without too many problems, and probably approach 300 fps by reducing some graphics settings on titles such as Fortnite And Apex Legends.
Its price of 2600 € is certainly not given, but given the configuration offered and the crazy prices of other laptops in RTX 4080, this Aorus could be one of the best performance / price ratios of the moment.
