Former Spain international Iker Casillas has removed his Twitter post in which he claimed to be gay. He revealed that his account had been hacked and apologized.
“Account hacked. Fortunately, everything is fine. I apologize to all my followers. And of course, big apologies to the LGBT community,” Casillas wrote.”

The former Real Madrid goalkeeper’s claim that he is homosexual was visible on his personal profile on the social network for about an hour. It garnered a lot of comments and reactions.
One of the responses was to his former team-mate Carles Puyol: “It’s time to tell our story, Iker,” he apparently joked.
